Common questions
Do I pay a broker fee?
Under New York City's FARE Act, tenants do not pay the fee of a broker hired by the landlord. Each listing shows its move-in costs, such as the application fee and security deposit. If you hire your own agent, any fee is between you and your agent.
What do I need to apply?
When you are ready, we send the application and a list of the documents it asks for. The same requirements apply to every applicant.
Can I rent a room instead of a whole apartment?
Choose "Room" in the form and tell us your dates and budget. We will let you know if something fits.
